About

Hyeri Jo (CRIH8) is a media artist who weaves sound, video and generative AI into a single production flow. Diversity, accessibility and being oneself are central themes. Jo planned and produced the AI-based 3D anamorphic videos 《M≒RRY EV≒RY CHRISTMAS!》 and 《ACC, THE DIVER CITY》, which were screened on the media wall of the Asia Culture Center. Jo composed the musique concrète piece 《SOS》 from door lock, elevator and construction site sounds recorded firsthand. Jo graduated from the Department of Music Creator at Busan Arts College.

At Open Circuit

Since August 2026, Hyeri Jo has been making a technology-based work at Open Circuit Busan. The work will premiere at the showcase at Sasang Indie Station on December 19, and documentation will be posted here after the exhibition.
